Anyone can access support from Age Concern; individuals, family members or professionals

1. Our volunteer-led visiting service matches volunteers with an older person who is feeling socially isolated for weekly companionship
2. Fieldwork service for support, advocacy and information
3. Total Mobility taxi scheme
4. Health Promotion programmes including falls prevention exercise group, digital literacy sessions and regular seminars
5. Delivery of the Staying Safe driver refresher programme
6. Weekly social connection group and monthly morning teas with musical entertainment

We work with older people so they can receive the information, support and advocacy they need to be happy healthy and safe.
